Welcome to Applefield C.L. We are getting ready for lambing and expect to be open from early April subject to weather conditions. Please ring or email to check exact opening date.
We have seen an increase in deer, tawny owls and even badgers over the last two years, even if you don't see them it is likely you will hear them during your stay with us.
Unfortunately we have also had a resident heron who as eaten all out fish, so we can no longer offer on-site fishing, although there are a number of local lakes offering day passes with in a few miles.
For the cyclists and walkers the area offers good flat routes,,the coast is a good cycle on relatively quiet lanes and by ways.
The village offers a great shop, restaurant and pub, we have even had ‘Just Eat’ deliveries on site if you don't feel like moving too far!

On Arrival we will try to ensure, livestock permitting, that all gates are open
We are contining to offer opportunities to book the complete site for your exclusive use or to share with friends and family up to 5 pitches and subject to all being members od the CAMC
Our holiday cottage is also available for friends and family who may not wish to stay in a caravan. It is all one level with no stairs or steps with a walk in wet room shower.
